値が未設定なカラムは、nullが返ってきてほしい。空文字とは扱いを別にしてほしい。

Description
値が未設定なカラムは、「null」が返ってきてほしい。
ShortText, Text, LongTextについては、空文字とnullとを区別したい。
理由は以下のとおり。
・Tritonnはストレージとしてnullサポートが必要となる。
・値が未設定である、という情報はアプリケーション作成上便利である。
